How to Report a Claim
In the unfortunate event that you have
sustained a loss and need to report a claim, you should contact
your local independent insurance agent as soon as possible. They
will forward all of the necessary information to Vermont Mutual
and give you initial guidance on your claim. A Vermont Mutual
Claims Representative will then contact you to start the claims
process. Please use our agency locator on this page to help you
contact your agent.
Vermont Mutual also is available to take a
report of your claim 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please call
1-800-435-0397 and a qualified representative will take your
claim information.
