We are seeking a claims professional to join our team of examiners in our Subrogation unit. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in all coverage’s written with an emphasis on the more difficult investigations, losses and exposures, and be capable of seeing more difficult recover efforts through final resolution using a wide variety of settlement techniques. A law degree is not mandatory but is helpful as this position directly manages and oversees the outside Subrogation counsel, vendors and support personnel and assures that they adhere to and comply with all claim file handing guidelines. Preference will be given to candidates residing within the Northeast.
