We are seeking a detail oriented, outgoing, and customer-service-driven individual to join our team with no prior experience required. The Personal Lines Underwriter manages an assigned territory and performs a variety of tasks including building and maintaining excellent relationships with our agency partners, accepting or declining risks, determining appropriate levels and terms of accepting that risk, and preparing policies. The ideal candidate has good analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work cooperatively with internal and external partners.
