We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join an Agile team and help us succeed by using your communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. This position works closely with the business as well as management and technical staff to ensure software solutions are in line with functional needs, corporate goals and strategic direction. The ideal candidate has a team-oriented approach, excellent interpersonal skills, a drive to both succeed and deliver quickly, a positive attitude, and experience with business requirements. An understanding of P&C insurance is highly desirable.
